This place is the worst renting experience in my life. The landlord self manage the whole which is fine but as someone else said, she tried every method to get money from you and do not care about the renters. The maintenance is a joke since they are not professional and only barely fix the things to a workable, not ideal condition. If she can charge you more, she will and even try different ways to get more from you.

Great location, close to the campus and restaurants. The price is reasonable and the team is nice.
