Terrible management! The thing is all is fine if everything is good but once you run into issues of any kind then the management will not solve it. They don't care at all if you have a bad roommate or having issues at apartment!! They don't do a damn thing(except promises and superficial assurances). I had a break-in into my house, had a fight my roommate but they did not do anything about it and I had to suffer till the end of my lease even if i was ready to pay any amount of money to switch to a better apartment.
