Terrible management! The thing is all is fine if everything is good but once you run into issues of any kind then the management will not solve it. They don't care at all if you have a bad roommate or having issues at apartment!! They don't do a damn thing(except promises and superficial assurances). I had a break-in into my house, had a fight my roommate but they did not do anything about it and I had to suffer till the end of my lease even if i was ready to pay any amount of money to switch to a better apartment. It is a great place for students to live. It is just in front of the bus station and close to the university. If buses would be rare (for example in weekends, holidays, or night) you can walk from Aggie Station to the university. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Good value for the price. Nice pool and workout facility. Friendly staff members. As a graduate student, I recommend this place. Lots of parking. Lots of deals that come with signing a lease so I would take advantage of that.
I would highly recommend living here! I’ve been here for 3 years. The staff is really nice and the maintenance responds to work orders very quickly. It’s nice having a pool and hot tub also. Great location to main campus and even the Med/Nursing school!
I have lived at Aggie Station for 3 years and absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and helpful, it is the perfect location to campus, and it has a great home feeling. I highly recommend this apartment!
