Unfortunately I was unable to leave this on the UPMC site because it's not enabled. My appt. was some months ago but still bothers me. The very first office visit she barely spoke, pulled me from fa room that I had been sitting for 20-30 minutes, into a room that didn't appear to be cleaned after the last patient. Attention she gave to my condition and the amount of time she spent with me. She is very knowledgeable about my condition. She was warm and funny. She was clear and listened to my responses carefully. I was very pleased with the service I received. I also appreciate that follow-up appointments can be by video as I live quite far from her office.
Was late to our telehealth appointment, and she couldn't figure out how to get the audio or video to work so we missed 15 minutes of our 30 minute appointment. She proceeded to rush through the rest of our appointment and was constantly talking over me, not listening to what I was saying to her. Was very unpleasant and impatient with questions. Abrupt manner. Seems to be missing the big picture.
Absolutely awful experience. So Rude!!! Gets short with you when you’re trying to tell your symptoms. Who does that?! That is why you’re going to a specialist in the first place. Stay away!!! If you actually want care.
You won't find a better neurologist. She treats the whole person and genuinely cares about your treatment. When she changed to UPMC insurance and I had to change doctors I was very disappointed.
I've been a patient of Dr Aggarwal's for 4 years+. I was unsure at first with some things, but after an appointment or two, all was good. My migraines have been controlled and that area of my health is better. She's been highly praised by my other specialists and family members that use her or are familiar with her work.
Professional, clear and concise in her explanations and compassionate.
Saw her as an emergency patient. Did not introduce herself to me or my wife. Ordered test that some were duplication's of my regular doctor. Waited until I was ready to be discharged to have additional test & blood work done which I could have already had while in the hospital. Would not recommend her Wish I would have had another neurologist.
