Horrible company I arranged a call via B&D roller doors for a roller door hinge to be replaced. 1 whole month for AGG doors to call me back after 5 calls to B&D to follow up, finally booked it in AGG doors was given multiple photos of the door the broken hinge. Tech arrives 30 minutes later advises me they gave him the wrong part 🤷♂️ tech said he would return the next day. AGG Doors achieves the gold standard in customer relations and service. The work was done on time and on budget. Very knowledgeable technicians. My 30+ years old roller door was brought back to life in no time with a new motor and controller. Five stars are not enough for this business. I can recommend it without hesitation.
