I've gotten to know Michelle over the last few years. She is a good, honest, friendly, hard working person and is very knowledgeable about property management. I would highly recommend her company AGF for all your property management needs.

AGF Property Management Plus was reasonable to work with while I rented a home they managed for 3.5 years; however, I can not get a response from them regarding my $2395 security deposit. They have not returned the deposit nor provided any detail/explanation as to why it should not be returned. I would not recommend doing business with them, especially if you have an expectation for them to be upfront with you regarding the return of a security deposit.

DO NOT do business with this company. Michelle seems personable and makes you feel comfortable, but after she takes your money (including asking for a $600 dollar non-refundable deposit that isn’t included in the lease terms for pets) she will NEVER return your calls. We rented a home and were told repairs would be made prior to move-in, that did not happen. The walls weren’t painted the floor wasn’t finished (we had to wear shoes so we didn’t get slivers). Was a great management to help apply for a rental until we declined to go with there rental. It’s been over 2 weeks since applying and I have still not received security deposit or information about when we will receive it. I have attempted to call and text and have still have not heard back from them. Very unfortunate.
