We needed to find a place for our Mom when Dad fell and broke his shoulder. He would be hospitalized and then sent to assisted living for several months. Mom had dementia and a hospice nurse provided the phone number for Agewise. She told us Michelle would know what was available immediately as well as other questions we had.
