I recently had the pleasure of working with Sheila Silvermintz and Maxine Cintorino of Agents Realty during my purchase of a condo in Tamarac FL. Sheila and Maxine were with me every step of the way, from the initial search through closing and afterwards. They were very thorough and made the whole process go as smoothly as it possibly could have. Well done! Thanks Sheila and Maxine!!
It was truly wonderful working with Silvia. She took the time to explain everything in the process and any issues we needed to address. Her knowledge and expertise allowed us to set realistic expectations and set an appropriate price. She went above and beyond helping us get everything done. Her responsiveness and customer service focus would be hard to match in almost any industry. Even after the sales was completed, she was only a phone call away to answer a question and help get some mail that was delivered.
Are you serious about selling?? Well if you are, Rosemary King is your answer. All you need to do is listen to her suggestions and you’ll be so happy you did! I can attest to that. She listed our place - within one week of going live we had a sale agreement. Live listing in June, closed and out of our house in July!
Rosemary was referred to me by a close friend..... Now i consider her a close friend. She walked me through each step as a new landlord. Found and vetted my tenant and has made the whole.process seamless. I could not have done it without her. Thanks Ro
