Very poor service and way way too expensive. Told me I couldn’t use a certain company and quoted me $1200 for a family of four. Excuse me!? That’s outrageous for anyone! Called the company that he told me I couldn’t use, called them directly and now have outstanding insurance with a name brand company for $400 a month for a family of four. I insisted that he must have hit the wrong button or wasn’t putting stuff in right or if he could do the quote again. Nope, is what it is. Was able to help me when other carriers could not. Experienced staff and knowledgeable.
I would give it a zero if I could. I paid my money for insurance and they put the wrong dates and I had to go without insurance they did nothing but " try to fix it" for 3 days
Called to try and get a quote, awful customer service, not any help at all, don’t listen to or understand a customer.
