Recently, we noticed that the follow-up were not meeting the minimum standards we have for our clients. As such, we missed 100k+ in opportunities.
We submitted a cancellation and was followed-up by Director of Customer Success. During the working of this, we posted our findings on a common real estate board. In doing so, the CEO responded by posting our client's names and his interpretation on this forum. Unfortunately, this was not HIS CLIENTs as it is ours.
This action not only re-enforced our decision, but shows that their head leadership likes to micro manage and has a HUGE ego in assuring that above all, we understood he was the CEO.
Good staff with exception to the head micro managing. Hopefully his investors can assist with his approach.
