We've worked with Jeff's property management services to help prepare our home for rent. As first time lessors, Jeff answered all of our questions and has given us so much patience and grace during the process. His communication is incredibly timely, and he will make you feel extremely confident with letting them manage your property, especially with such reasonable costs compared to other property managers. I can't recommend Jeff and his team enough.
We have been calling several times after I, who myself is deaf, spoke with someone related to service animals that we would like to rent one of the properties and was told that she would call me back once she gets a hold of the owner of the property and she never did. I then called again and it went directly to a voicemail after several rings and the interpreter said it was a male voice so I left a message to follow up about service animals. I have worked with many real estate agents over the years but I have not found any it liked as much as Jeff Boyer. I cant believe it was a flat fee. I am so impressed by their professionalism and response. We could not be happier!
