Horrible company. I was the Seller in a transaction that they were supposed to process and close. They were also supposed to be the escrow agent per the contract and never collected the escrow money so when the buyers bailed and did not perform on the contract, I was never able to collect the escrow money. Rhonda Kelly was absolutely no help whatsoever and did not care if the buyers followed any terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement at all and never reached out to me to let me know that they had "opted out" of the transac... read more
