Tammy was wonderful. After two false starts with other agents I found Tammy by driving down the road and getting her number an name from a for sale poster in a front yard. Best thing I ever did for myself. I called and she responded quickly. Buy the second day I was in her office going over twelve proposals and a thirteenth came in offering the highest offer plus $3,000. I had asked $435,000 and the highest offer was $485,000.
