I have attempted to schedule my Daily Deal cleaning voucher multiple times and have yet to receive a call back to schedule. This is the second time I tried to redeem my voucher. 1st attempt was in March and the same thing happened (never got a call back until my husband contacted daily deals). I should have demanded my money back then but I gave Julius the benefit of the doubt for being overbooked and he assured me that he was hiring a booking person so that wouldn't ever happen again.
