Alicia leased out a house where the ac does not go below 81 degrees in the Texas heat and had the nerve to tell the tenet that it’s good enough that they’re letting her break her lease early, even though there was nothing in her lease stating anything about breaking a lease. The tenet has been paying over $1000 a month for electricity in a broken ac house and Alicia showed no signs of compassion. The landlord is a condescending sexist man who shows the female tenant no respect and has made no real effort to fix the ac. The t... read more
Alicia is AMAZING!! She asked about likes and dislikes. She got to know my husband and me on a personal level, took us on a first tour to get our reactions to example homes, and then on a second showing, took us to the house we bought. Super attentive, she paid attention to all the things that were important to us. We’d definitely work with her again!
Outstanding experience! Alicia invested a lot of time in learning what we liked, and then considered things we didn’t know to think about. Didn’t waste our time with properties that were beyond our means or weren’t a “fit.” Would absolutely work with her again!
