I've been with Agency One Insurance for decades and the latest few years has been a joke. "If" you actually speak to an agent regarding a claim they'll give you an answer, and when you speak to the actual Insurance company they tell you what you've been told is inaccurate. This has happened to my family regarding a claim that's been going on for 3 months now. You're lucky if you speak to an agent that's actually IN the office (being they're NEVER in the office).
