They simply don't answer any calls. I couldn't reach them even with emails
I absolutely LOVE Agency One ! They helped me obtain insurance for my LLC, when I opened the business 3 years ago. I remember struggling to find a carrier because I was a new small business, but thankfully a friend recommended Maria w/ Agency one. From the moment I contacted her, she handled everything for me! She did all the leg work and within a few days I had a policy I was happy with! I am so grateful for their help and expertise! I would totally recommend Agency One for your business insurance needs!
I have had my auto and renters with Agency One for the past 5 years and Maria has been great to work with. Anytime I have questions she is professional, courteous and addresses my issues in a timely manner. Thank you Maria!
If I could give negative I would. Their staff is unprofessional and don't seem to want to help if you don't like the quotes they give you. You give them specific items and they still go with what was there causing more issues. Waking up to a policy deduction you clearly stated multiple times you wanted canceled on top of no response to emails. You are better off going on your own. The previous owners were great, personable, attentive, these guys not so much.
