We tried to file a complaint twice on behalf of our adult daughter with disabilities and, were not treated appropriately or in a timely fashion. To be honest, we were bullied and our issues NEVER addressed or filed with the Healthcare Administration Agency's Complaint System here in Florida. We feel that our issue is being suppressed intentionally and we are being made to look like we are incompetent when in fact, your Agency is.
