Their therapists are great, however, everyone else from Program Director to Behavioral Health Technicians are woefully abusive. If you have religious beliefs that require a specific diet or times to pray you will be ridiculed by the staff or denied admission altogether. They claim they are a shelter and not a mental health facility so Federal Laws do not apply to them. Yet, they bill Hillsborough Health Insurance for the bed and services as an institution.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff and this location for helping me find a new way of life I couldn't do it without the help and guidance provided from you shout out to Mrs. Dawn Rowe and mr.kirk for doing an amazing job with me and prepping me for life and decisions outside of treatment I'm grateful for ACTS!💯😊

Your body, their choice. They want to coerce staff to get vaccinated. One of the things their company does is to process people entering the criminal system for doing things such as forcing people to do things against their will, and they want to force their employees to do something against their will, saying simply that "they have a choice".
