Horrible experience!!! They refused to cancel ineffective treatments that made me feel uncomfortable. When I went in to see the manager, he refused to let me cancel and tried to convince me to buy something else. When I said I didn't want to buy something else, he said I'd hear from someone in a few days to figure out how to cancel and he sent me to collections for $3000 instead with no way to cancel. The procedure itself was wonderful but at the end of it, there was this guy lurking waiting like a buzzard to give me the sales pitch from hell. He tried to push me into buying a $4000 package. He simply would not take no for an answer and gaslighted me for my every response. When I wouldn't budge, he finally gave offered a session that I could pay for individually.
