Dr. B***** and her staff are over the top. They make you feel welcome each and every time. I have been a client for over 5 years. They do discuss cost with you if you ask. They are happy to answer any question you may have, especially if you are doing beauty on a budget. I highly recommend them.
I went in for an apt and stated my budget, was told that it was within range. I was left in the room for 45 minutes waiting for Dr. B*****. She came in very abruptly and rendered service and then when I got to checkout the bill was almost $500 OVER my budget. I questioned the cost, Dr. B***** came out and said that she never discusses cost , her patients can afford the services and told me that she would sent me to collections if I didn’t pay. Worst experience ever!! I left in tears
