I’ve been weight training with Amy at Ageless Muscle for a year and a half and have always looked forward to my sessions. The owners, Tina and David, run a friendly, clean and safe gym and always have time for questions. They have lots of knowledge and experience helping people get fit and recover from injury. I highly recommend Ageless Muscle for your fitness needs.
I have been working out with first David and now Tina for 3 years. If I listen to their guidance, I have never hurt myself by doing too much, but still have been able to get stronger and continue to push to do even more. Makes a huge difference in my life!
