While I am usually very happy about my services, and I never complain, I do have an issue. I called a month ago and scheduled a much needed massage from having a baby. Today I called to check the time and they said it was booked under the wrong Rachael Rich who then cancelled it, and there was nothing they could do about it. I now have to wait another three weeks. I find this ridiculous because it was not my error.
While I love Karen who does facials, I am annoyed with the Image product selection and ordering process. I had an appointment on November 3rd and pre-purchased Image products. Here it is November 24th and I still don’t have my products. I called earlier this week and 1 product miraculously was there, but the other they mentioned had been flying off the shelf...well considering I pre-purchased shouldn’t my items go directly to me and not on a shelf??? The massage and facial package was amazing. I haven’t felt this good in so long both the girls who took care of me are wonderful. Can’t wait to go back next month!!!!!!!

Dry nice a relaxing and i think her name was Lisa she was great !!! I had many knots and she help get them out and make most of my pain go away !! Definitely will be back :)
I had a fantastic massage with Bobbie and a super fun time getting a mani and pedi with Chloe. Overall, a very relaxing day and I was well taken care of. Thank you!
I was a walk in and they for me in on less that 20 minutes. They warned me ahead of time that there was only a male massage therapist available, no big deal. Everyone made sure I was comfortable. Zero complaints.
