Been on the program since May 12th...can't say enough good about Dr. Cilip, Megan and the staff. Down 26# and continuing until I reach my goal. Their support is amazing - and I actually look forward to every weigh-in.
I am so glad I joined the wgt, management program with Dr. Cilip & his staff. It has got me on the right track for healthy eating, and a change of life for the better, dropping wgt. and feeling good. they are all so supportive and informative of helping to meet our goals. After a bit more wgt loss, I am looking forward to using more of their services.
I had my first appointment on January 4th, and by strictly following the paleo low calorie food options, in 6 months I was able to lose 67 pounds. Seriously if you are debating on trying the AgeLess plan I highly recommend it! Dr. Cilip and his colleagues are amazing, and offer a lot of support.
