Christina is a damn liar, every coordinator at this agency is very attentive to all of those who call.
They were supposed to cover two shifts last weekend, for my sister. No one shows up NO phone call. They apologize and say this wouldn’t happen again, and guess what next week same thing, they don’t answer the phone. They are creeps. Just another scam company fleecing insurance. It should be called Ageless Care- less
Please disregard @Gary garba comments. Every coordinator at this agency always try to be as attentive to all their patient and aides. Please keep in mind a coordinators job is to deal with 100 + patients and about 1,000 + aides. I was once a coordinator, so unless you are working on this field you should not be judging someone else work. Have a good and let's keep a positive energy. Thank you
