On September 24, 2021, I paid Ashley $396 for botox that caused a forehead indention between my eyebrows. When I returned for my follow up appointment, I paid an additional $112 to correct it. When the spot remained, Ashley blamed me and said it was how I slept or I ate too much salt the day prior and to take a Claritin.
