Steve was able to fix our server and recover our data. It was excellent. He now has us on an automatic backup and has made many improvements to our system. I greatly recommend him and his company.
Steve was unprofessional, unethical, and threatening and would warn anyone looking to conduct business with him. I called Steve to help with my computer that kept going into sleep mode despite the fact that I had already changed the power and graphics card in the machine. After running diagnostics, he confirmed that it was not an issue with the power or graphics card and said that my computer s motherboard needed to be replaced with a repair quote of about \$200-\$300.
