Bad management
My mom is a resident for 15 years. The nursing staff are excellent and do all they can to keep the residents happy, healthy and comfortable. Tha house keeping is excellent and the administration staff are helpfull and professional. The guest room, when available, is clean and comfortable with reasonable rate. A great big thank you to all for the excellent job you are doing.
