I am leaving this review to document what appears to be a pattern of administrative mismanagement that has directly interfered with my access to prescribed treatment through the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry. This is now the second time this office has mishandled my prescription in a way that disrupted my allotment. After paying in full for a renewal, I logged into my registry profile and found that all categories of my allotment—including ones I had not used at all—were reduced to zero. Great experience! I found Dr Islam very comforting and patient, and the staff is super nice. I’m feeling much better since starting bioidentical hormones. I’m on my third week and I already am feeling more energy, more myself, clearer thinking. Highly recommend.
