My mum Lyla Johnston has been very happy with the care and attention her co ordinator Joanne gives her. Joanne often checks in with mum to see if everything is going ok and to see if she requires any thing at all. She is very friendly and prompt when dealing with mums needs. What an incredible team the Age Up staff are! My grandmother recently made the switch to Age Up Health and the difference in her care has been remarkable. The care managers are not only attentive but also take a holistic, person-centered approach, ensuring her well-being and encouraging her independence. After a fall, she lost a lot of confidence, but thanks to consistent physiotherapy visits and the constant encouragement from her care companion, she’s truly blossomed into a new woman!
Amazing and Supportive Company! I have found the staff at Age Up Health incredible. I would like to acknowledge all of the people in the office, from the Operations Manager Danielle, Case Manager Joanna and for Jess, Rohit and Raghav on how amazing they are, and, to say thank you.
