Had an emergency with a thermostat replacement service. The technician was courteous and took the time to ensure everything was running perfectly. My home feels much more comfortable now.

Noticed a faint burning smell near the furnace. Tech traced it to an overheating blower motor relay. Explained it was drawing too many amps and could have caused a fire if left. Replaced the relay and the aging capacitor next to it proactively. Showed me the scorch marks on the old part. Preventative maintenance saved us from a potential disaster. So thorough!
Well as usual on the coldest night of the season, my heating system stopped working. I have two small kids who mean to me more then anything. I called AGE mechanical, at 630 am,, i was surpised that a very nice man picked up his phone and listened to my impatient request. We made an appointment for the same day, and they even gave me courtesy call since i work.
