After speaking with the building management, the specialist came out right away and found the blower motor was bad. everything took approximately an hour to fix, and he made sure everything was functioning effectively before he left.

I chose to write a review since the technician observed the prior thermostat was connected incorrectly and completed the installation of the new thermostat in under an hour. It was nice to see him check everything out with a multimeter before calling it a day.
