Was going to transfer to this agency with my client who has 77 hours. I was asked for chest X-ray and direct deposit information and all my id's and ssn. I took pictures and sent them all in. Then I get the run around and was told I needed to drive almost 2 hours to fill out an application one week later. My client was left with no aide for 3 days!
