Set up appointment two weeks in advance. Did not come to appointment, did not return call, did not respond to text. Totally unexpected and unprofessional, Age Heating and Air wasted my time that could have gone to needy cancer patients.
Chris and Paul to the rescue! I have been unhappy with several companies who came to fix my air conditioning from time to time. (Last year's company fixed things two days in a row, without my permission or estimate, and said, oh, we can put the old piece back on if you like.) Age heating and air is the most honest and reliable company I have ever dealt with!
Will never use anyone else for heating/cooling needs. I wish I could give them 10 stars! When my heat was off, they did troubleshooting with me over the phone. They have done both heating and air repairs for me. In one instance, they came and determined the problem was electrical and, unfortunately, not something they could fix. They would not take any money for the call, despite the fact they came late in the day/evening when I am sure they would rather have been home by then. They are incredibly helpful and nice.
