Age Care Bathrooms have recently installed a new Wet Room for my mum and dad, and the whole process from start to finish was faultless. They were an extremely refreshing company to work with, as they listened to our needs, and also engaged my dad (Parkinsons and Dementia) at all points during the initial consultation and site survey rather than cast him to the side due to his illness. The planning, advice and fitting of the wet room were all excellent. This works well for both my father and the carers. There was no upselling, just a clear explanation of what our options were. The options included the original layout we had thought of and a second layout that resolved some of the concerns we had that we couldn't work out how to fix. Age Care Bathrooms where professional from start to finished. The surveyor helped plan our new wet room. Giving useful advice during the design process. What can I say about Owen and Lewis who fitted our wet room. Owen worked tirelessly and professionally during the whole process. He was thoughtful and courteous to me and my husband who has dementia. Age Care bathrooms replaced my elderly parents existing bathroom completely. Work was completed ahead of schedule and to a great standard. Noise & disruption was kept to a minimum and the instalation team were very caring and empathetic towards my mother and her neighbours. The team were considerate with the parking of their vehicles and removed all of their waste after the job completion. My Dad moved into a flat with an old fashioned bathroom that was very unsafe for him to use and we decided that was the very first thing that needed to change! My dad has mobility issues and we needed to have a wetroom shower. The representative from Age Care Bathrooms came around and took a lot of time to explain our options.
