He puts in what he get's a deal on, not what you ask for. My experience was Agazzi Services was horrible, I asked for a quiet pump, I got the pump that he had because he got a good deal from a pump manufacturer, it was LOUD, extremely loud, I said this is not what I asked for he changed out the impeller, it broke, he charged ME for the replacement and had warrany company come out and replace the pump with another LOUD pump. Our pool NEVER CLEARED, we hired Hines Pool Service and had to have our whole system redone, over nece... read more
I would leave Agazzi a negative score if I could. I dealt with Jonathan a few years back and he was a decent guy helping out at the time, but when the time came for updates to be made to our pool and equipment, we contacted him to do work for us but he was not the same person I dealt with in the past. A job that I was told to take 4-5 days is still not done after 4 weeks. I wish I would have read these reviews earlier so I could have stayed FAR AWAY! He is also now trying to do business under Jonathan Logan Services for what... read more

Great Pool Service – After being screwed over by several pool companies such as Hines pool service, and All City pool company who sold me an above ground filter for an inground pool, I finally found a pool company that knows what there are doing. I replaced filter and motor and pump motor for plaris. Yes I spent money, but I know its done right this time cause I watched over the owmer shoulders Jonathan Logan who did not seem to mind and who told me ever thing he was doing and why.
