So if your with a temp company , that's what this company does goes through temps , after my 90 days I tell the plant manager im waiting for my insurance to kick in and I'm gonna get my leg with severe pain checked out , he said great do it ! The day I go to the ER and the Dr. said I have to have a complete hip replacement Wes the plant manager let's me go from the company ! I'm so confused
