I took my chinchilla to Dr. Miller for a bumblefoot issue, and I’m very grateful for the care we received. Dr. Miller was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly experienced with small animals. She took the time to examine my chinchilla carefully, explain the condition, and walk me through the treatment plan. I really appreciated how attentive and gentle she was, which helped keep my pet calm during the visit (which is very difficult for chinchilla). I was recommended by my friend , she says they were amazing with her gerbil , and everything she said was true ! Front desk and all the vets were super kind and lovely. They explained everything super well and wasn't extremely overpriced. Handled my rat with compassion and gentleness . Super helpful , would recommend.
