Pick up order. My wife and I both got tacos with chips, queso and guacamole. We pay, pick up, get home … and no chips. I was very irritated because this was ridiculously priced at $60. I calmly called and explained so I could request a $10 coupon or a free chips and guacamole for next time (there won’t be a next time). The person on the phone was eager to let me “speak” to a manager. Food was great, but this location is sooo rundown. The floors were all coming up, underneath of our table was mostly just dirty sub flooring….

Wasted $55 dollars on two drinks along with "chips" & dips. The "chips" were absolutely disgusting. They were either too burnt or like chewing on cardboard! There was definitely something wrong with the guac it did not taste right at all. The cotija cheese that they put on top of the guac was discolored. We were shoved in a corner that seemed to be where employees would just sit on their phones or watch TV. Our waitress barely checked on us so we couldn't even send the food back.
