Our server Kristin gave us an awesome experience. She helped me choose a dish I'd never had before, and I ended up loving it SO much. (It was the shrimp skewers.) Everyone get them now
We visited Agave Roja on our kids spring break. We were staying in Carova for the week from out of state and it happened to be my 36th birthday as well. I searched for different restaurants and decided on Agave Roja for my birthday celebration dinner! Honestly, it took an hour to get our food and we took 20 minutes to eat it bc the quantity and quality was small compared to other Mexican restaurants I've been. I ordered enchiladas mariscos (2) comes with rice and beans. Rice was still parte hard and beans didn't want to even try. Our tortillas was already kinda cold and the rice/beans was served in cups?! I did like the sauce topped in the enchiladas but I wouldn't come back.
Ramiro was very knowledgeable on Vegan options! The food was delicious and knowing that he knew what Vegan was it made the whole experience that much more relaxing. They have a ground tempah that is amazing!
First time here. 5 of us. We all enjoyed our meals- Shrimp quesadilla, chicken enchiladas, chicken tacos and braised pork tacos. So fresh!! Salsa and chips ( came out warm) were amazing. Queso is very good too! Would absolutely go back.
