11 month review: One of the bigger items that was observed from our 11-month walkthrough was our main tile grout on the first level. It was not initially noticed by me, but the builder and their installer came and inspected the grout and mentioned all of the grout needed to be replaced while they were at my house attending to some of the minor warranty work.
