The ONLY reason this isnt a one star is simply because of how nice and sweet your receptionist is. As soon as I had to start filling out the forms and it started asking my preferred pronouns and gender status... I immediately canceled my appointment and got the phone number to another place. Under NO circumstance will I support any institution- especially a PSYCHIATRIST- that supports transgender ideology. I have been seeing Amanda for many years. I have seen other doctors for medication in the past and none of them have been as kind and smart as her. She is great at listening and always takes your opinions on your medication into consideration. She always has a positive attitude while still being empathetic and concerned with negative situations. She is very easy to talk to and always knows the right thing to say. I look forward to our appointments and am grateful to be her patient.
Taylor English and Agave have been the best! I've been using them since 2022. They make it soooooo easy to schedule an appt via email, online, or phone. I can communicate with Taylor with an internal platform they have and she always responds quicker than I expected. The office manager (person who picks up the phone-Alexis) is super helpful and nice! You can tell she loves her job cuz she's been there for years and always upbeat and happy to help with anything.
Taylor English has been a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable, receptive, and compassionate. Taylor has been a great resource for me.
