Delicious, authentic Mexican food. Worth the prices. Parking in this area can be a challenge, but easily walkable from the free lots.

This reincarnation of Fiesta del Mar surpasses the original in many ways. Sipping margaritas on the newly updated patio in the afternoon while sharing small plates is living la vida. The shrimp dishes are all exceptional prepared in many varieties. The stir-fried veggies that come with the shrimp dishes is unlike any other local restaurant. The worst Mexican food I've had in recent memory. The fried fish tacos were soggy, and the carnitas was ridiculously tough. It honestly tasted like microwaved food from the day before. Just utterly unacceptable. We took three bites each and couldn't stomach any more. When the waiter came by, we gave him our plates and politely asked for the check. Nothing was comped.
