I had to have a failing crown replaced and was so not looking forward to that. Dr Hamann was great, she explained every step as she was doing it so there were no unexpected surprises. They can do the whole replacement in one appointment which was also appreciated. I have had zero issues with the new crown and everyone in the office was efficient and pleasant
