Horrible Absolutely horrible. Staff lies, covers up other residents stealing, doesn’t enforce own rules. There is a new manager every other day. They break their own lease and then refuse to even talk to you. Emails and phone calls go unanswered.
speachless Me and my roommate were supposed to move on the first 3 different people told us we were moving in. The day before us moving in they told us that our apartment wasn’t ready and won’t be ready until for almost another two months. We had already got ready to move. Including telling our last place it’s our last day so they could rent to someone else. Now we have to wait or find somewhere new. On top of it they refuse to answer calls. And have a different person in each day like they don’t have a crew
DO NOT RENT HERE! Management is sub-par. Auvrey, the onsite manager is hardly at the office, is difficult to get a hold of and doesn't return calls. Had I read prior reviews before moving in, I wouldn't have ever rented here. Per a 3 year old review the same management problems existed. Water is shut off continuously without notice. it's been a great place... I've lived in one of the single story townhouses so that's all I could say and it's been great these maintenance when I've needed it has been great I don't know what people anything negative about this place could be it's kept up pretty pretty nice they blow the sidewalks they clean stuff up there's some you know the gate never has been broken it's a nice place check it out I like it I took over at least lived here for 10 months.
agave court apartment I think apartment complex is just right for the price, it take less minutes to get the the freeway. its near downtown. outside the apartment fences is not so great though. Great overall apartment if you wanna to live in the downtown areas for less. nice quiet environment, i like that there sia nice dog park too. management is very friendly also.
