RecommendedAgatebay Realty managed my house in Lake Tahoe for 8 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always quick to respond to any questions and attend to issues quickly. I didn’t have to worry about anything.
Owner is outright rude and confrontational. He has several personal inadequacies which cause him to lash out at his prospective guests. He lacks the thought process to include descriptors like "Zero parking available for an 8 person condo. ZERO PARKING." Dude straight lied to AirBNB to try to steal our reservation money when we didnt even set foot on property. Offered to let us park 1 vehicle of 4 in his tiny dump lot known as Agate Bay Realty but there was no room as the lot was filled with trash and is the size of a small ... read more
We had such a great stay in a Tahoe cabin back in December - it was clean, cozy and convenient. We were particularly happy about the wall of chopped firewood they provided :) Add to that, we left a huge bag of gifts in a closet and not only did they retrieve them, they were responsive via e-mail and willing to hold them until we could pick them up in March. Talk about good karma! We will definitely stay with them again and really look forward to it.
So far no hot water in the rental and no update letting me know a person has been contacted etc. and an ETA. Great house, huge, great kitchen supply (appliances, spices) lots of extras (pool table, foosball table) dog friendly, clean etc. but the hot tub is dirty (chemically smells great but it’s green and dyed my jewelry black...(never happened before in tons of hot tubs and 7 plus years of wearing this same jewelry that I never take off) this things are important and should be addressed. Would be willing to try this rental... read more
The team at Agate Bay were super flexible and professional. The house we rented was great and they even worked with us on move in and move out dates. Hands down great experience! Check them out.
Use only them for Tahoe getaway can't wait till next year
