Never in my life have I imagined that there could be someone so incompetent and still have a job, let alone a good one. The wait times are ridiculous, I have to admit, but if that was it I would be willing to let it slide. I had to reschedule once because the good doctor “had to step out for something” for over an hour. Dr. Seby has been my doctor for over 30 years. He is polite, professional and genuinely cares about his patients. I have seen many negative reviews about the wait times and I understand that is a dealbreaker for many people. I value my time as well but I have found it very difficult over the years to find a physician who takes his time to understand and explain medications and procedures. I would give zero stars if I could. I waited for an hour after my appointment time and did not see the doctor because I was late to work at that point. I had to leave and cancel my appointment before being seen by the doctor. This was not due to a busy office, it was VERY quiet. Also, they had left the door ajar while I was waiting for the doctor. I could hear every conversation going on across the hall, which seemed bizarre and unprofessional. Imagine if I had heard sensitive, confidential patient information. In all, I wai... read more
