Had my first appointment with the new DR . She’s DR. Margaret Nwankno , i was very impressed with her and look forward to having her look after my medical needs in future . She was more thorough than my Dr’s in the past which really impressed me .
I am so grateful to the staff and Dr Van Der Merwe.
Lisa is lovely . However wheni approach tbe reception I am made to feel a nuisance , glared at and interrogated. It’s not a nice feeling and dread going there .
Never had a problem. The doctors always listened and helped so much.
Since I still need prescriptions and a doctor to fulfill my prescription needs... I am not going to say much at this point. All I can say is I understand now why they had openings for patients where everyone else is beyond full.
