Twice I showed up for my appointments with the correct dates, but the secretary had entered them wrong. The third time, the doctor had an emergency and wasn’t in. Now, on the fourth try, the power’s out and the office is closed.She couldn’t even have been bother to pick up her cell! At this point, I might as well just use walk-in clinics. after years of searching, I thought I finally found a doctor instead, I just found somebody who treats their job like a hobby, This has been a complete waste of time. We love Dr van der Merwe. She is so patient and understanding, and doesn’t dismiss concerns— she is very thorough. She is also amazing with our kiddos. Our toddler had a fit yesterday because all she wanted to do was go see “her doctor.” It is lovely to feel so well cared for.
Had my first appointment with the new DR . She’s DR. Margaret Nwankno , i was very impressed with her and look forward to having her look after my medical needs in future . She was more thorough than my Dr’s in the past which really impressed me .
