Encountered one of their drivers on the road. License plate starts 9guk. We’ll leave it at that. Absolutely horrible and aggressive driver. I get you have places to go but going 80+ on freeway in the far right lane, cutting people off, tailgating to name a couple things. I sure wouldn’t want them driving around representing my company with my logos on the car. You might want to have a talk with your drivers.
Get your inadequate staff off the streets, they can't drive, cause hazardous situations and show aggression. Whatever was driving the Nissan Rogue ending in license plate 975 shouldn't drive at all. better if it doesn't walk the streets either.
My recommendation is to go somewhere else. The second star is only because no one has ever been rude to us, and for RN Yemina and scheduler Summer, who have been consistently helpful. Your time will frequently not be respected, nor will most requests for communication or updates about a loved one's progress. We've had about 8 months experience with them over 2-ish years. FIVE stars for the RN who came out to assess my mother-in-law. Elsie was amazing. ZERO stars for the organization. Last minute scheduling, no notification that they are coming the next day. Unable to accommodate working schedules. Unable to give a consistent schedule
Awful, would not recommend... zero stars. Setup appointments and the nurse never shows. Don't get a call saying they are running late or can no longer make the appointment. Happened multiple times. No consideration of our time or the fact they are wasting it, coupled with the fact we are not getting the needed treatment. If you have the option, find another company to care for your loved ones.
