My recommendation is to go somewhere else. The second star is only because no one has ever been rude to us, and for RN Yemina and scheduler Summer, who have been consistently helpful. Your time will frequently not be respected, nor will most requests for communication or updates about a loved one's progress. We've had about 8 months experience with them over 2-ish years. FIVE stars for the RN who came out to assess my mother-in-law. Elsie was amazing. ZERO stars for the organization. Last minute scheduling, no notification that they are coming the next day. Unable to accommodate working schedules. Unable to give a consistent schedule

Awful, would not recommend... zero stars. Setup appointments and the nurse never shows. Don't get a call saying they are running late or can no longer make the appointment. Happened multiple times. No consideration of our time or the fact they are wasting it, coupled with the fact we are not getting the needed treatment. If you have the option, find another company to care for your loved ones.
