I have been bringing my cat in this office for almost a year now. The first time I brought him in I saw Dr.Hagen. She seemed nice but she was very afraid of my cat. He is an immediate family only cat and he can be aggressive. She was so afraid of him and refused to listen to his lungs. Terrible experience twice!!! Dr Hagen is awful!!!!!! She’s a miserable person and rude, instead of educating people on things they can do or how they could do something differently she screams at you like a gd psycho!!! Such a shame to because we had numerous pets we will now pull from there care and find better more appropriate people to take care of our animals when we need!

Terrible experience. After 4 days of emergency calls during which I spoke to Lauren, their secretary, I was finally able to get an answer that they would not be able to treat my cat. Lauren said multiple times that she would get with the doctor and contact me when she knew what they were able to do. She never talked to the doctor nor contacted me. Meanwhile, my cat is leaking pus from her neck, which Lauren knew. After dealing with the nonce they have out front, I can’t imagine this vet runs like a well oiled machine. Just b... read more
Very good experience people are pleasant and caring
When my Bailey came in for a emergency from eating one of his toys Dr Blaha took the best care of him. Even came in on her day off to do exploratory surgery because she worried about Bailey. We finally found the blockage and after surgery Callista took Bailey home and watched him overnight. They are a caring group of Doctors. ❤️🐱.
Dr. Blaha & staff are fantastic. Have been going to Agape for years with no issues. Friendly, caring, accomodating.
