If your loved one needs supervision and near constant care, don't put them here. Staff was loud and didn't seem to be compassionate towards the patients. We had to pay for sitters because the staff couldn't be trusted to administer medicine on time or properly watch over him. On a daily basis I heard patients yelling for help and being ignored. It would take a good 10 minutes or longer after the call button was pressed before anyone came around. We ended up bringing him home and within 2 weeks saw improvement.

Horrible staff.
My Mom has been here for several weeks now. She is 95, still gets up and motors herself in her wheelchair. There were some health issues when she was transferred here, and the improvement has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and, so far, efficient. This facility is now Rock Hill Post Acute Care.
Short staffed as far as I can see it. Attention given to patients is not satisfactory. I had an issue with having my mother use the bedside commode that was extremely unprofessional bringing her to tears leaving her half undressed on the pot waiting for assistance to help finish the job. 15-20 minutes later I went to the desk to find our aid just sitting there claiming to be waiting for assistance.
