I would not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere that treats their customers kindly and respectfully. As you can see from previous reviews, they tend to be very argumentative, almost like they feel the need to have the last word instead of resolving the issue. I’ve never had such a rude customer service experience. There are polite ways to speak to people, especially potential customers. Being abrupt and hanging up on someone who is simply interested in your services is unprofessional and disappointing.
Best haircut & style experience of my life. Very professional staff, from the time I made my appt to the checkout process. Upon arrival, Ana sat with me to discuss my hair & what I wanted. Then she & Stephanie gave me a lovely head, neck & hand massage during shampooing. The cut and style was excellent. Amazing!!! Anna was very attentive, listened to all my concerns and my hair health. My cut is great and I love it already, and feels 100 times better. Thank Anna and I look forward to our next appt.
